Alissa Carpenter

I am the founder of Everything’s Not Ok and That’s Ok, LLC, a Millennial career coaching and leadership development company for both organizations and individuals. I earned an MEd in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education, am a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and am certified in the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. In addition, I worked for over a decade in higher education at institutions such as The Wharton School and Penn State University. During my higher education experience, I noticed a disconnect between what was taught in school and productively applied in the workplace and created the business to help bridge the gap between generations. I am passionate about enhancing teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and helping others to set and achieve their professional goals by using their strengths.
